Delete your Jinxo account

You can delete your Jinxo account at any time, in the Jinxo app or on getjinxo.com.

Delete it yourself

1. Sign in to Jinxo, in the app or at getjinxo.com.
2. Tap More (the three dots at the top right of your chats), then Settings. On a computer, Settings is also at the left.
3. At the bottom, tap Delete my account.
4. Type your password and the name of each room you own, then tap Delete account. If you made your account with Google or Apple, it has no password: tap Email me a code and type the 6-digit code we send you instead.

Your account is deleted right away.

If you can't sign in

Email motty@getjinxo.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm it's you.

What is deleted

Your account is deleted, along with every room you own, including their chats, files and tasks. Things you posted in other people's rooms stay there, so their conversations still make sense. A few records are kept for a while, like security records and the payment record of a sponsored post you bought. The Privacy Policy, section 9, says what is kept.
